There’s no doubting that Davis Polk & Wardwell is a high-profile kinda firm. However, The Diary was a little perplexed when one California partner recently explained the reason why the firm chose not to put up partner photographs on its website.
“We were told it is not a good idea to have our photos up in case we get stalked. Not that I have been personally – the decision was more for women partners – so they would not get chased by local prisoners,” he added to make “more” sense of the movie star logic.
