Manchester’s Wacks Caller is gearing up to refocus itself as a corporate finance boutique with at least four equity partners set to depart for rival firms, Legal Week has learned.
The firm, which currently has 17 partners, including nine equity partners, is facing the loss of both its litigation and commercial property teams.
