Addleshaw Goddard’s London arm is poised to take a two-partner banking team from City firm Nicholson Graham & Jones (NGJ).
The two partners, understood to be head of banking Paul Salsbury and partner Andrew Besser, are currently in negotiations with NGJ about the terms of their exit, although sources at both firms stressed that a deal had yet to be finalised. The negotiations are understood to have gone on for some time, with NGJ trying to stave off the raid.
