Allen & Overy (A&O) has created the position of a managing partner for Central and Eastern Europe as a raft of countries from the region joined the European Union (EU) this week.
Prague-based corporate partner Jane Townsend was appointed at the end of last month. She will manage the firm’s offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and the Slovak Republic and report to managing partner for Europe Stephen Denyer.
