Four out of five senior lawyers believe it has become more difficult to become an equity partner at a leading UK law firm, according to Legal Week research.
The key finding comes in the Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey, which found 72% of respondents believe it has become ‘more difficult’ than ever before to become an equity partner, with a further 9% arguing it has become ‘a lot more difficult’.
