Lovells appoints new Tokyo head

tokyo: lovells on the hunt for local lawyers to bolster practice Lovells has appointed a new managing partner for its Tokyo arm as the London firm hunts for local lawyers to bolster its practice.

The move has seen capital markets partner Tim Lester take over the management of the UK firm’s 10-lawyer Tokyo branch from structured finance partner Michael Hancock, who is returning to full-time practice.
