Former Clifford Chance (CC) managing partner for Europe, Peter Naegele has quit the firm’s Frankfurt practice.
Naegle, a corporate and capital markets partner, is leaving the magic circle firm on 30 April after 17 years, after becoming a partner in 1991.
Naegle said it was “the right time for him to go and face new challenges”.
A CC spokesperson added: “Peter is to take a break before deciding what to do and has not determined whether he will opt for management or practise as a lawyer.”
