Pinsents and Wragge & Co have taken centre stage in the £113m project to rejuvenate Coventry city centre with a state of the art arena and retail development.
Pinsents advised the local authority, while Wragges acted for The Alan Edwards Higgs Charity in a joint venture to establish a stadium, multi-use arena and shopping centre just off the M6 motorway. Wragges also advised the developer, Arena Coventry.
