For the second year running, Legal IT has conducted a major survey of law firms’ plans for software, hardware and services procurement in the year ahead. This year, the firms seem to be pushing the boat out a bit more – indicating that they are perhaps more confident of the economic conditions ahead.
There are likely growth areas in most segments of the legal technology market, but training and security have emerged – perhaps unsurprisingly – as the most important issues for the firms
to address.
