Jones Day swoops on Pennie & Edmonds

US giant Jones Day has agreed to take on 28 partners from New York IP boutique Pennie & Edmonds.

The Cleveland-based firm has confirmed to Legal Week that it will be taking on 26 partners from its target’s New York office and two from the far smaller Californian practice.
