Macfarlanes has made a bold play to bolster its UK debt finance practice by securing a rare lateral partner hire – that of Kirkland & Ellis partner Bronwen Jones.
And, as revealed by www.legalweek.com (21 November), Jones, who joined Kirklands from Ashurst Morris Crisp four years ago, is likely to be joined at Macfarlanes by another lateral partner hire – Norton Rose’s Tom Speechley.
