Fladgate Fielder has won its first major transaction through the International Lawyers’ Network (ILN) that it joined 18 months ago – advising a French engineering company on its £165m acquisition of a UK company.
The West End firm was recommended by fellow INL member Lefevre Pelletier & Associes. Fladgates then beat a rival, thought to be another INL firm, to win the beauty parade to advise Delachaux on its acquisition of the Pandrol group of companies from Candover Investments.
