Hammonds has reshuffled its Birmingham corporate team with energy specialist Patrick Somers taking over as head of department from David Hull, who becomes head of the firm’s US group.
Somers, who was previously head of legal at energy company Lattice before joining Hammonds at the end of last year, started in the role at the end of August. He leads a 20-strong Midlands corporate practice.
