New ICC chief puts business lawyers on spot

The newly appointed chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has made a surprise call to business lawyers to help him bring human rights criminals to justice.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the International Bar Association’s annual conference in San Francisco on Sunday (14 September), Luis Moreno-Ocampo said business lawyers had a key role to play in making the court a success.
