The California State Bar has announced it is to back recent proposals to sweep away a host
of restrictions on out-of-state lawyers practising locally, following a vote last month.
The vote, held on 26 July by the state bar, endorses proposals to allow out-of-state attorneys and in-house lawyers to practise in California for up to three years.
