Rag outA theory for evolution
This year has seen a stream of partners leaving major national firms for smaller regional rivals. Nowhere has this been more pronounced than in Birmingham.

Pinsents lost four partners in the space of a month: its respected head of pensions Simon Ramshaw left for Anthony Collins Solicitors; property partners Eleanor Deady and Jonathan Austin both moved to Lee Crowder; and corporate partner Graham Middlemiss went to Northampton firm Howes Percival.
