A former partner at CMS Cameron McKenna’s Dutch ally, Derks Star Busmann, has had high-profile accusations of billing irregularities against him upheld by a disciplinary court in Amsterdam.
The court’s judgment, which was released this week, concludes that complaints against the partner, Niek Wilke, relating to bills for a 2001 bankruptcy were “grounded” and publicly rebuked the lawyer, who retired last month.
