Italy’s Sutti has secured a merger deal with Norton Rose’s Romanian referral partner as the independent Italian firm moves to further bolster its Eastern European practice.
The merger, effective from 1 May, sees 14-lawyer Bucharest-based Vitzman Webster & Partners re-branded as the Romanian arm of Sutti, with the four Vitzman Webster partners joining the Italian firm’s partnership.
