US firm Latham & Watkins has made its third raid on Simmons & Simmons in the last six months after hiring corporate partner Martin Saywell.
Saywell will join Lathams’ fast-growing London arm in October and will work alongside former Simmons corporate partner Charles Fuller and restructuring specialist John Houghton, who both joined last October.
