An investigation into a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna’s Dutch ally has uncovered three cases of attempted double-billing in the latest twist to the long-running fees dispute.
A disciplinary hearing at the Amsterdam Professional Court on 24 March examining the conduct of CMS Derks Star Busmann bankruptcy partner Niek Wilke heard that a Utrecht bankruptcy court had received three double statements for work totalling e7,000 (£4,818) in connection with Wilke’s work.
