Imperial Tobacco has overhauled its in-house legal team, moving respected UK head of legal Charles Hamshaw Thomas to Australia and appointing two new general counsel in his place.
Hamshaw Thomas, who moved to Australia to head Imperial’s legal function last weekend (12 January), will be replaced jointly in the UK by Imperial lawyers Alan Porter and Marion Funck.
