The International Bar Association (IBA) has set up a taskforce to investigate the challenges facing international lawyers following the collapse of major corporations such as Enron and WorldCom.
The taskforce was unveiled at the opening ceremony of the IBA’s conference in Durban, South Africa, on 20 October by Coudert Brothers partner Jacques Buhart, the chair of the IBA’s section on business law.
