Two of America’s leading technology firms, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison and Cooley Godward, are looking for merger partners, as pressure on California’s battered legal market mounts.
Brobecks sources have confirmed to Legal Week Global that the San Francisco based firm is now looking to secure a merger with a major East Coast firm, with Washington DC-based Hogan & Hartson emerging as an early contender.
