Five London partners from Sinclair Roche & Temperley (SRT) and the bulk of the firm’s Hong Kong practice have been left out of SRT’s merger with Stephenson Harwood (SH), it has emerged.
As SH formally announced its takeover of SRT, which is effective from today (17 May), it was confirmed that only one of SRT’s four Hong Kong partners has agreed to move to the combined firm.
