Almost three-quarters of law firm leaders (72%) said that their litigation departments would act against a client in the absence of a legal conflict of interest, according to a Big Question survey conducted this month by Legal Director’s sister title Legal Week.
The survey of leading UK partners reveals, however, that the willingness to act against a client is conditional.
