West Coast firm Brobeck Phleger & Harrison has made more than 50 lawyers redundant in a wave of cuts that saw a total of 139 staff being laid off in the US.
The latest cuts will see 54 associates made redundant, along with 85 other staff, and comes just two months after a voluntary redundancy programme saw 82 associates leave last year.
