Technology specialist Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has become the latest firm to yield to the pressure to award bonuses to its associates despite the massive slump in the US technology sector.
The firm will award bonuses based on merit and billable hours with $30,000 (£20,908) as its maximum payout, regardless of seniority. It will also give a lock-step salary increase to all associates moving up a class this year.
