France is among four EU countries that are being threatened with legal action by the European Commission (EC) over their failure to liberalise their practice rules.
Last year the EC warned France, Holland, Ireland and Luxembourg over their failure to implement the EU Rights of Establishment Directive and now it is threatening a European Court of Justice case against all four countries.
