The Irish Association of Investment Managers (IAIM), the main Irish investor protection committee, has introduced new guidelines in relation to corporate governance and share option and other incentive schemes.
The guidelines apply to companies whose shares are admitted to the Irish stock exchange or are dealt in a market of the Irish stock exchange.
The guidelines have arisen following a consultative process which involved companies whose shares are listed on the Irish stock exchange and professional advisers.
