Debevoise Joins Other Big Law Firms in Requiring Vaccinations, Targets October Return
The firm, which hadn't spoken on its office return plans until now, joins several of its peers in requiring that its personnel be vaccinated before returning to the office.
Debevoise & Plimpton is requiring its personnel to get COVID-19 vaccinations as a condition of returning to the office beginning Sept. 30, the firm announced in a memo obtained by The American Lawyer.
The firm also announced its office return policy for the first time, saying it will require lawyers and “some professional staff” to come into the office at least one to two days beginning Oct. 11 and at least two-thirds of the time beginning Nov. 8.
