As lawsuits continue to mount over the June 24 collapse of Champlain Towers South, some South Florida attorneys warn it will be difficult to secure enough compensation for victims and their families.

Attorneys from Chalik & Chalik in South Florida are among the latest to file suit over the disaster, seeking at least $1 million in damages.
