The Chubb Charitable Foundation is pledging $500,000 for COVID-29 relief efforts in India, which is facing a surging infection rate.

The donation will go to the American India Foundation (AIF), which will provide emergency medical equipment and supplies immediately to areas most impacted by the pandemic. The grant will help fund 100 beds for portable hospitals, which are being deployed across the country, Chubb reported.
