A premises liability lawsuit, Kooken v. Asbury Audio Inc., alleging injuries from stage diving at an Asbury Park Convention Hall concert, settled for $2 million and was paid on Sept. 21, according to the plaintiff’s attorney.

Mark W. Morris of the Clark Law Firm in Belmar said his client, Jason Kooken, has agreed to settle for the $1 million in primary insurance coverage plus an additional $1 million in umbrella coverage of the concert promoter and organizer, Asbury Audio Inc.
