On April 11, 2019, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court heard oral argument about liability insurance coverage for shootings.  While the case will directly impact Pennsylvania businesses involved in shooting incidents, the implications may be broader, as the Court will be interpreting the term “occurrence” that appears in virtually every commercial general liability insurance policy.
