We insure a businessowners policy with liability coverage form SB 00 06 11 99. Our insured is a carpet cleaning business. Our insured was hired to clean a carpet in the basement of a customer’s home. The customer requested that the insured also clean the chimney and mantle. The insured went back the next day to clean the chimney and mantle. While cleaning the mantle our insured knocked over a halogen light which when it fell burned the carpet he had previously cleaned. Would there be coverage for this loss or would it be excluded under either exclusion K. Damage to Property or exclusion M. Damage to Your Work?
