The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has appointed Marc Costantini chief financial officer. He succeeds Robert Broatch, who is retiring from the company after serving as CFO for the past 12 years.  Mr. Costantini will report to Deanna Mulligan, Guardian’s president and chief executive officer.

“We are pleased to welcome Marc to Guardian. His distinguished career in finance and general management will serve our company well as we continue to evolve to meet the changing demands of today’s customers,” said Ms. Mulligan. “We thank Bob for his many valuable contributions to help maintain Guardian’s financial strength and competitive position over the past decade.”
