A federal district court in Kansas has ruled that an insurance company owed no duty of coverage under a directors and officers (“D & O”) insurance policy that it had issued to the Columbian Bank and Trust Company and its directors and officers for claims that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) asserted against former directors of the bank.
