A federal district court in Idaho has ruled that an accidental death and dismemberment policy provided coverage for a woman who died from an accidental overdose of a tricyclic medication, which had been prescribed by her physician, where an unforeseen or unexpected reaction to the medications or how they were administered caused her to overdose.
