Practice Profile: Jonathan Kim focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and leveraged finance matters. He represents strategic buyers and sellers and financial sponsors in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. In addition, he represents borrowers, equity sponsors, and lenders in domestic and international leveraged finance transactions in the United States and Asia, and advises on securities offerings of equity and debt.
Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Jonathan serves as a regular panelist on seminars held by the Practising Law Institute, most recently addressing issues related to reps and warranties insurance and wider trends within the M&A space. He has also addressed practitioners and clients at a range of webinars and industry forums organized by Strafford Publications and Lawline.
