Q: What are some of your proudest recent achievements?
A: I think my proudest achievement this year is the win in the Court of Appeals for Warren Pumps. That got a lot of publicity. It was an issue on allocation that had an impact for my client in the hundreds of millions of dollars, but also it was a multibillion dollar issue for the industry. The issue got certified from the Delaware Supreme Court to the court of appeals and most predicted that the court of appeals would rule in favor of the industry and, in fact, it was the reverse and they did it relatively quickly.
