Q: What are some of your proudest recent achievements?
A: As a practicing lawyer, one of my proudest moments would have to be standing shoulder to shoulder with management of Bats Global Markets last year as the first trade hit the tape in their much anticipated second attempt to go public after a technology glitch made them one of only a handful of companies to have to abort their initial attempt to go public after pricing. From a firm management perspective in my role as finance partner, I think the achievement I am most proud of is having designed additional tools and metrics to enable my fellow partners to not only improve the efficiency with which they provide superior client service but the profitability of their individual practices and the firm as a whole.
