Q: What are some of the department’s most satisfying successes of the past year and why?
A: Our most satisfying successes are those cases we end with the client well protected from being sued again in the future, because of a precedent we established in the litigation, a policy we helped the client strengthen, or best practices we helped the client develop to avoid future litigation. Our goal is always to conclude the litigation on the best terms possible and those terms include minimizing the risk of future litigation.
