His focus is on protecting and advancing the interests of distressed companies and parties seeking to purchase distressed assets in commercial workouts and Chapter 11 reorganization cases, both nationally and internationally.
Simon recently worked on a case of Vertellus Specialties Inc., a global specialty chemical manufacturer, where he led an effort to restructure about $650 million in secured debt and resolve more than $2 billion in environmental claims.
