Practice Profile: Ramson represents and counsels employers on employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and other labor and employment issues. She advises employers in collective actions involving unpaid compensation and actions alleging violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ramson has also represented clients in commercial litigation matters, including business disputes and trademark litigation.
She successfully delivered a dismissal for her client Zaxby’s on multiple plaintiff claims, including a wage and hour claim, sexual harassment claim and retaliation claim.
