Practice Profile: Jirak represents clients in energy-related matters. His work has included involvement in state rate-making proceedings, resource certification applications and construction cost-monitoring and fuel cost recovery proceedings. Jirak handled a successful administrative appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. He also has been involved in proceedings with the Georgia Public Service Commission and hundreds of megawatts of renewable projects across the United States.
Leadership Activity: Jirak serves on Troutman Sanders’ recruiting committee, where he helps organize activities for the firm’s recruiting program in the summer and throughout the year.
