Boutique law firm Bleichmar Fonti Tountas & Auld has a new office at 7 Times Square. The litigation firm was launched in August by four former partners of Labaton Sucharow: Javier Bleichmar, Joseph Fonti, Stephen Tountas and Dominic Auld, with an office at 1501 Broadway (NYLJ, Aug. 14).
Bleichmar Fonti, which represents large investors in class actions and other litigation, has a year-to-year sublease with the law firm of Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman for more than 4,000 square feet at 7 Times Square. Friedman Kaplan is also a subtenant of another law firm, O’Melveny & Myers.
