Dr. Sandra Fearrington is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery with over 25 years of practice experience. Her areas of expertise include cosmetic surgery procedures such as liposuction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), rhytidectomy (facelift), blepharoplasty ( eyelid lift), breast reduction, breast augmentation ( implants), fat grafting, injectable neurotoxin/fillers, chemical peels and aesthetic laser procedures. Additional experience includes breast reconstruction, reconstruction of cancer defects, burn and trauma treatment/reconstruction and wound care. She has 8 years of recent specialization in complex wound care, including prevention and treatment of complex pressure ulcers occurring in nursing homes.
