Former director of management company with 7,000+ residential units and over 1 million square feet commercial space now providing consulting services to clients.

Pountain has been active in the national governance of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for over twenty years, having chaired the Ethics Committee and the Instructor Advisory Board, as well as having been a Regional Vice President. IREM provides Pountain with a nationwide network of colleagues and property management industry resources. Ms. Pountain is also a member of the Best Practices Committee for the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA).
