Ms. Stricchiola has been retained as a testifying or consulting expert in over 100 litigation matters in U.S. and Canadian courts, has testified at 18 depositions and 7 trial and arbitration proceedings, and has written over 70 expert reports and declarations on internet-related topics pertaining to web analytics, traffic validity, online advertising, search engine optimization, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), pay per click, mobile apps, social media, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, digital content discoverability, and related topic areas. Cases in which she has provided expert testimony have included class action, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, and her patent litigation testimony has included skilled person and claims construction, and validity/invalidity, infringement/non-infringement/, prior art, and indefiniteness analyses.

With 25 years of experience, Ms. Stricchiola is a published O'Reilly author, co-author of "The Art of SEO: Mastering Search Engine Optimization" (© 2009, 2012, 2015, Q3 2023), a comprehensive guide to organic SEO used in various U.S. and international university degree programs.

She has consulted for the U.S. Government, Microsoft, Fair Isaac Corporation and others, and has been a lecturer at 60+ internet industry events since 2002 including Search Engine Strategies, Search Marketing Expo, ad:tech, PubCon, Web 2.0 Summit, Stanford Publishing on the Web, and MarketLive Ecommerce Summit.

Throughout her career, Ms. Stricchiola has been an advocate for accountability and transparency in the development of algorithms and artificial intelligence in emerging technologies, and for building responsible technology platforms. Her work on the issue of click fraud and invalid traffic within the paid search (PPC) industry has been featured in numerous media outlets, including NPR, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Wired.com, CNN Money, and "The Google Story" (1st Ed., David A. Vise).
