James Rappoport, AIA – NCARB is Principal – Architect of Record at Daroff Design Inc + DDI Architects PC, a full-service Planning, Architectural & Interior Design practice founded in 1973. Mr. Rappoport has provided expert research, inspections, reviews, reports, opinions and testimony in more than 400 building code compliance, design and construction litigation, ADA accessibility, copyright infringement, personal injury, premises liability and related built environment legal matters throughout the 35 US States, where he is licensed to practice architecture. He has provided expert services to attorneys for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and for attorneys consulting with property owners, managers, and their insurance carriers.
